Resistance Temperature Characteristic Tester

The conductivity of conductive materials, especially the semiconductor ceramic material,

has a strong dependency relationship with temperature. In order to study this kind of

material, we need to test the curve of resistance temperature characteristics, and to locate

the Curie point.

This equipment is used for testing the Resistance Temperature curve of electronic materials

 (RT curve).

Main Application: to test the resistance temperature characteristic of functional ceramics

and its capacitance  temperature characteristic 


Composition of instruments:

(1) main body (including electric oven, manual lifting platform, electrode tool)

(2) temperature controller (ambient temperature to 400 ℃, and control the heating rate of

   the program curve)
